Send your availability list, your page updates itself
You already email your availability to your customers. Copy one more address on that send and your HortOS page carries the new lines and prices within minutes: trade buyers across the United Kingdom see them, order from them, and the order reaches you by email ready to accept. Nothing to fill in and nothing to log into.
The address
Send your list to it, or add it to the customer list your availability already goes out to. Bcc is fine. A list from your own email address is matched to your farm by that address; a first list from a new address is matched by the name on the letterhead.
What to send
Whatever you already produce. A PDF, an Excel or CSV file, a Word document, a table in the body of the email, or a plain list of lines. Plant name, pot size and price per line is the ideal; a line without a price stays listed as POA, a line without a quantity still lists. Dated lists keep their own date: the page shows buyers how current your list is.
What happens
Your lines are read and matched to the plant names buyers search for, sizes are read as you write them (140mm, 200mm, 45L, tubestock, PB bags), and the page updates. A complete list replaces the last one: a line you leave off comes off, a price you change changes. A partial list, or a list without prices, adds on top and never wipes a price you have published. The first time a list from you goes live you get one email with the link to your page; after that, nothing, unless a buyer orders.
What does not happen
Nobody rings you, nobody asks you to fill anything in, and your list is never sold or passed on. Prices are shown ex VAT exactly as you sent them, to trade buyers only for contact details. A list marked for one customer, or a quote, is held and not published. Everything on your page stays yours: claim it any time to edit lines, add photos, set delivery days or take it down.
