Wholesale plant prices in the United Kingdom

The price the trade pays at the farm gate, plant by plant and size by size: the median, the low and the high across growers' current trade lists, nationally and by county, ex VAT. 0 plants have enough pricing growers to publish (3 or more; the most-held plant is priced by 0). Every number is an aggregate: no grower is ever shown beside a price, resellers are excluded, and website prices are left out because they are often retail.
